Image to PDF,Scanner & Merge (and related “Image to PDF” productivity tools) — iPhone & iPad

Effective date: May 1, 2026

This policy applies to the iOS version of the app distributed through Apple’s App Store. For questions or requests regarding your data, contact us using the details in Contact Us.

1. Who we are

The app is provided by Prisha Infoway (“we”, “us”, “our”). We act as the data controller for personal data described in this policy when we determine how and why that data is processed in connection with the iOS app.

2. Summary

This app helps you work with documents (for example: converting images to PDF, scanning, merging, compressing, and related productivity features). Where possible, document processing happens on your device.

We use limited analytics, remote configuration, push notifications (if you opt in), and advertising technologies that may process device and usage-related data in accordance with this policy and Apple’s platform rules, including App Tracking Transparency (ATT) where applicable.

3. Information we may collect or observe

Depending on how you use the app and your device settings, we or our service providers may process:

Category Examples
App & device data App version, device model, operating system version, general diagnostics/performance signals, and product interaction events (for example: screens viewed, feature usage in an aggregated form).
Identifiers Advertising-related identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers, IDFA) only where permitted by you and Apple, and other technical identifiers used by analytics or advertising SDKs.
Advertising & measurement data Ad delivery, impressions, clicks, and related measurement/attribution data processed by our advertising partners.
Push notification token If you enable notifications, a push token and related subscription state may be processed by our push provider to deliver messages.
Support communications If you contact us, we process the information you provide (for example: email content, subject line, and contact details you choose to share).

We do not require you to create an account to use core features of the app. We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive data (such as health data) through the app.

4. Documents, photos, and files you import

Files you select (such as images, PDFs, or documents) are processed primarily on your device to provide the functionality you request. We do not use your documents to train public AI models, and we do not sell your personal files.

If a feature requires network access (for example: opening a link, downloading an update, or third-party content), only the data necessary to perform that action is transmitted, consistent with the feature and your settings.

5. How we use information

7. Service providers & third parties

We use reputable service providers to operate the app. Categories may include:

These providers may process data as described in their own policies. We configure integrations to minimize data collection consistent with the app’s needs and applicable platform rules.

8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Apple advertising controls

On supported iOS versions, Apple may present an App Tracking Transparency prompt for certain tracking or cross-app advertising activities. Your choice controls whether certain identifiers (such as IDFA) may be accessed for tracking as defined by Apple.

You can also manage privacy settings on your device (for example: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising).

9. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Analytics and advertising data may be retained by our providers according to their retention practices.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object, restrict processing, or port certain personal data, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact us at info@prishainfoway.in. We may need to verify your request consistent with applicable law.

12. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing without parental authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) consistent with applicable law.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Effective date” above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law (which may include in-app notice).

15. Apple

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple does not provide the support contact for this app unless Apple is explicitly identified as the support provider. Apple may collect separate usage data in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy.
